MSG MS111 VEHICLE AIR CONDITIONER COMPRESSOR DIAGNOSTICS TEST BENCH

Test Bench MS111 is used for diagnostics of piston, axial piston, rotor, and scroll compressors in vehicle climate systems using R134a or R1234yf. MS111 is intended for health assessment of vehicle climate system compressors operating either on R134a or R1234yf refrigerants, post-maintenance run of compressors, pre-sale testing of new analogs, and test report.

The Test Bench performs the following operations:

1. Diagnostics of all types of 12/24 V compressors of belt-driven vehicle air conditioners in both automatic and manual modes.
2. Check of electromagnetic clutches and control valves for short circuit, open circuit, and the presence of a diode both in assembly with a compressor and separately from it.
3. Post-maintenance run of compressors.
4. Pre-sale checks of new compressors-analogs.
5. Test report generation and printout (any external printer can be used).
